Herman Cain may be gone from the presidential race, but continues to tout his 999 plan, which may ultimately be one of the front running issues for the Repulican Party. Dick Morris speaks with Cain i an interview, and credits Cain with stimulating many Americans into pushing tax reform of some type. The numbers might change, but the plan has been picked up and modified by some of the other candidates to use in their campaigns.
