Claims and Returns
Product distribution is facilitated through a network of third-party manufacturers, distributors, aggregators, and retailers. Therefore, no returns will be accepted without our authorization number. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of the order. Defective merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt of the order. We cannot accept return goods that have been soiled in any way or contain price stickers, tags, or markings. Other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Click here to receive your authorization number. Please include your contact information, order number, and item(s) being returned. Please retain the original box and packing material for any return. Return shipping payment must be paid by the consumer, but it can be reimbursed as part of the credit pending the condition of the product returned.
Please allow 30 days for processing of credits.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders canceled after processing are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Please note that unless otherwise specified, all orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We are unable to make add-ons and changes after processing. Additional goods will be shipped separately without small order charges.
